Strategic Planning

We are a small restaurant that is in the process of expanding our seating as well as other product lines; mainly our Home Delivery service. Upon recommendation, we reached out to Caribbean Catalyst for their professional help and we had a very long list of requirements. Caribbean Catalyst facilitated the process of prioritising our desired outcomes as well as walking us through the actions that we needed to take as a company to reach such goals. At the end of just three sessions, we were armed with an action plan which we (four directors) have agreed to and own.
