Jacqueline is a graduate of Lynn University in Florida, USA and holds a BSc. (Honors) in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration in Hotel, Resort and Food Service Management.  She holds an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration (Distinction) with a concentration in General Management from the Centre for Management Development, now the Cave Hill School of Business.  Jacqueline is a Certified Compensation Professional designated through the WorldatWork.  She is one of the few HR practitioners in Barbados to receive this designation.

Jacqueline's main area of focus is compensation and benefits and has gained a considerable amount of experience in this area of expertise. She has over ten years’ experience in advising clients on compensation packages for a number of senior level and executive positions.  She has acted as project Team Leader and lead Survey Analyst for the Compensation 2002 and 2004 publication for a leading professional services firm Industry Wide Survey as well as various other customised compensation packages for a number of major regional clients within the Financial Services, Energy/Oil and Manufacturing/Distribution sectors.

Jacqueline also possesses a sound HR Generalist background, with experience in recruitment and selection, job evaluation and performance management and measurement assignments.
