Junelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, an Associate Degree in Office Administration and Management from the Barbados Community College and a Diploma in Office Administration from Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic.

She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Caribbean Catalyst team and assists with the office management and the recruitment and selection process.
